Our NHS Complaints Advocacy service supports people who want to make a complaint on their own or on someone else’s behalf. The service is free, confidential and independent. By using our expertise gained through offering Complaints Advocacy as part of a national public body, we have developed services we can offer your organisation. We hold the Quality Performance Mark (QPM) in Advocacy Award.
