Independent Person Support

Dealing effectively with complaints is key to developing services based on customer experience. Ensuring that customer feedback is acted upon, redress given where necessary, and lessons learned to improve practice are all at the heart of ECS philosophy. We are responsible for Independent Complaints Advocacy Services across Staffordshire, Telford and Wrekin, and Wolverhampton. As part of our work, we have a pool of suitable associates upon whom we can call to carry out the roles of both Independent Persons, and of Review Panel Chair/ Member.

Complaints Support Services

At ECS we understand the complexities of the complaints process and have introduced a range of support mechanisms to help organisations act upon, resolve and learn from the complaints they receive. Our current services include, independent investigation, independent person provision, quality assurance and monitoring, peer review, advocacy review and complaints systems training.
